As shown by literature, competences in team work and collaboration, also recognized as human relations competences (Mitchelmore & Rowley, 2010) are of significant important importance for entrepreneurship (Bacigalupo et al., 2016; Komarkova, Gagliardi, Conrads, & Collado, 2015)
